London, 14 July 2008: News International Ltd today announces its second tier of changes in its re-structured commercial division under managing director Paul Hayes.
Times Newspapers Ltd head of trading operations Ian Rees has been confirmed as News Group Newspapers head of trading, with NGN trading director Liam Reynolds becoming TNL head of trading.
Thelondonpaper advertising manager Naim Halloum takes on the role of thelondonpaper head of trading while NGN head of magazines Sian Roberts becomes NI head of trading for magazines. All four will report into News International trading director Dominic Carter who was confirmed in the role last week.
Times Media head of solutions Nick Hammond becomes NI head of creative solutions, Times Media campaign manager Corinne O’Sullivan has been appointed NI head of campaign management and Times Media head of client sales James Roles becomes NI head of client development. These three will report to the solutions director – a role yet to be filled.
Reporting to the agency account director (a position yet to filled), four NI key account managers have been appointed to manage agency relationships. They are NGN head of strategy and planning Terence Cassano, Thelondonpaper advertising director Michael Craig, TNL group business manager Karin Seymour and NGN group business manager Dickie Smith.
Stuart McDonald also takes up the role of head of advertising insight under business intelligence director Claire Myerscough who was confirmed to the position last week. He moves across from the same role in the customer insight team.
Meanwhile, reporting to sales director Patricia Kill, advertising systems manager Nicki Blackwell has been appointed head of systems development, while head of advertising publishing Alan Butcher becomes head of advertising operations.
